＜MIYAYOSHI BLACK LABELとは？＞
生産が少ない梅の品種、「露茜（つゆあかね）」はニホンスモモとウメの交配種で、
梅より酸味が穏やかで熟すと鮮やかな紅に染まるのが特徴です。
ポリフェノール類アントシアニンが多く含まれている為、
露茜を漬けた梅酒も普通の梅酒とは違い自然に色鮮やかな紅となります。
BLACK LABELはホワイトリカーで漬けているので、
露茜独自のフルーティな香りと酸味をそのまま感じる事が出来る商品となっております。
No.01・No.03・No.06・No.09と数字が大きくなるほど甘みが強くなっていきますので、

<What Is MIYAYOSHI BLACK LABEL?>
“Tsuyuakane,” a rare variety of plum, is a hybrid of the Japanese plum
and the Ume.
It is characterized by a milder tartness than typical Ume and turns a vivid
red when ripe.
Because it is rich in the polyphenol anthocyanin,plum wine made from Tsuyuakane
naturally takes on a vivid red color, unlike ordinary plum wine.
Since BLACK LABEL is infused with white liquor,
this product allows you to fully appreciate Tsuyuakane’s unique fruity
aroma and tartness.
The sweetness increases as the number goes up—from No. 01 to No. 03, No.
06, and No. 09—so please try them to find the sweetness that suits your
taste.
