SAKE with Plums
To provide the best liqueur. |
Miyayoshi is committed to providing the best plum liqueur, and all of the plums used in the liqueur are grown on their own farm. The rare plum variety "Tsuyuakane" is very delicate, and there were many difficulties in cultivating it, but they overcame them through trial and error. |
The grass grows the soil, and the soil grows the plums. |
Miyayoshi Farm does not use herbicides. As much as possible, grass cultivation is carried out while maintaining the natural ecosystem as it is. Living grass roots till the soil and prevent rain and wind from washing away the soil supporting the plum trees. The cut grass becomes organic matter as it is and fertilizes the soil. The fertile soil that is created in this way grows red Tsuyu Akane, which is rich in flavor and beautiful. |
